CIAESC Listservs
Overview
A listserv is an electronic mail discussion group for people with similar interests
from diverse geographical areas. It functions by providing a central e-mail address
as a means to broadcast a message to a discussion group. When a message is sent or
posted to a listserv, it is distributed to all the subscribers on the list.
