CIAESC has created an on-line Self-Assessment in Adult Education Evaluation
in cooperation with the WIU Department of Educational and Interdisciplinary
Studies and ISBE to address issues of program outputs and objectives, indicators
of success, improvement and effectiveness, quality of service delivery,
stakeholder identification, client satisfaction, participant measures, and more.

The evaluation is divided into two sections:
Section 1 - A quick and easy survey that will give you a good indication of your personal and program strengths and weaknesses. Through this assessment you will be able to isolate where you may want to personally improve, suggest improvements for your program, and work more effectively with your clients. Web links are provided for further discussion and exploration of selected topics. Ideas for Action steps are linked for each area where appropriate.
Section 2 - This assessment is more in-depth and should be completed as you continue to work to improve your performance and want more information and feedback on your instruction and administration. Web links are provided. Ideas for Action steps are included.
